Corporate Information

Established in 1997, United Instruments‘ original business entailed servicing major corporations throughout the U.S. utilizing advanced pressure and humidity calibration services.

In 1998, Mark Grigoraki, owner and former employee of Tempo Instrument, purchased the rights to manufacture and sell The Precision Low Pressure Calibration System (model LPC) from Tempo (formerly Protimeter). The LPC is well recognized as a leading laboratory low pressure measuring system, used to test and calibrate low pressure sensing devices. Along with the quality of the LPC, Mr. Grigoraki has also brought expert knowledge of the LPC, and implemented improvements to the device, such as intelligent auto-zero and expanded unit selection.

Today, United Instruments continues to cater to the needs of major corporations with their calibration services while expanding its efforts to market the LPC to metrology labs worldwide.

Located in Babylon, NY, all final assembly, calibration and repair services are performed on premises.
